| On February 21-23, 2008, the Sultan High School Music and
Drama Department presented an upbeat and hilarious production of "Bye Bye,
Birdie." This spoof of Elvis Presley's
real-life Army induction publicity stunt was a fan favorite and a lot of fun to
put together.
Pictures from the show are posted in our gallery. We even have some from backstage that you won't want to miss! Also, renowned local photographer Finch Arakawa has put together a poster from pictures he took at the show. The thumbnail is next to this text, but you can download the full poster (JPEG, 3.1 MB) and have it printed at places like Costco or Fred Meyer. Thanks, Finch! |
