Financial Expectations and Fundraising

From the 2010-2011 welcome letter:

  1. Band Camp is $50.00, which pays for food, extra staff, and a t-shirt. Please send $50.00 to:
    Sultan Music Parents, att'n: Treasurer

    Sultan, WA 98294
  2. All students must have an A.S.B. card. Members must have it before the first competition. You can get this in the office when school starts.
  3. There is a $100.00 fee for the season for Marching Band, which covers the travel expenses, and a few other expenses such as entrance fees. This should be paid before the first competition at the end of September, paid in the office.

Safeway for Education eScrip Program

The Sultan High School Music Parents Association is now registered with the Safeway for Education eScrip program, which means that when you shop at stores like Safeway and Vons a portion of your total will be donated to our program! The only catch is that you have to sign up -- details were sent out in an email letter on March 23, 2007. You can participate even if you live far, far away, so get the details and sign up today!
