These are the minutes of the SHS MUSIC PARENTS meeting on 12/04/2007. Our next meeting will be Thursday, Jan. 3rd, at 7:00 PM.

Meeting called to order at 7:02 PM

Proceedings

Very Quick meeting as we are also signing up for passports tonight.

Three votes were taken on three separate motions made and seconded by those at hand.

Supplies for Bron Journey Concert $300. Motion passed

Supplies for Chili Feed $500. Motion passed

Kids Dinner fund for PLU Honor trip $150. Motion Passed

Meeting adjourned 7:19 PM

Thank you all so much for all your ideas, and support! We enjoy and appreciate having a wonderfully supportive group of parents and couldn't come close to doing half of what we do with out you.
