Sultan High School Music Parents Association Executive Board Meeting Minutes

Winterfest - December 3

For one table we will sell face painting and Soup Supper tickets. If we get another table, Jill is looking into it; we will add Avon to the list.

Two students will work one hours shifts starting at 10 am to 5 pm.

At Winterfest the students will perform:
2:00-3:00 women's choir
3:00-4:00 beginning band wind ensemble
4:00-4:30 clean up
4:30-6:45 "My Fair Lady"
7:00-7:30 perform downtown
Jill has a list of students who need more money for the trip to work Winterfest. They need to see her if they cannot make it.

Bronn Journey will have a total of "Bronnies" we will bake. They amount is less than expected.

We started the general meeting just after 7 pm.
